We are seeking an Account Manager eager to be successful in the staffing industry. The Manager will work inside until notice or recommendation is given to visit outside clients.
COMPENSATION
Includes a competitive base plus generous commission
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Account Manager will initiate the sales conversation, identify viable sales prospects according to preset variables by the organization's sales leaders, then schedule and attend in-person or virtual meetings.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFU
* Desire to be coached, trained, and mentored towards a successful sales career
* Ability to respond to changes in the process at any moment
* A super competitive attitude. Played a sport in College, and miss it? This is your new sport!
* A smartphone you know everything about it (apps/texting/upgrades/social media etc.)
* Familiarity with Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social tools for communicating
* Enagage in intensive phone activity. You will create your own luck!
* Solid organization and communication skills: writing and speaking
* Desire to work hard and have fun in an engaging environment
