We are seeking an Account Manager (Inside Sales) eager to be successful in the Business Development field. The Account Manager will work inside until notice or recommendation is given to visit an outside client.

COMPENSATION
Includes a competitive base plus generous commission

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Account Manager (Inside Sales Person) will initiate the sales conversation, identify viable sales prospects according to preset variables by the organization's sales leaders, then schedule and setup an in-person or virtual meetings.

* Desire to be coached, trained, and mentored towards a successful sales career
* Ability to respond to changes in the process at any moment
* A super competitive attitude.
* Superb follow-up skills, and the ability to maintain complete notes in CRM system
* Strong PC experience
* Enagage in intensive phone activity.
* Solid organization and communication skills: writing and speaking
* Desire to work hard and enjoy our company in an engaging environment
