WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Drive new business by identifying and acquiring new clients with a Hunter's Mentality
* Initiate outreach through calls, email, networking, and other sales strategies
* Clearly present Delta-T Group's services to prospective clients
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
* Identify key decision-makers and secure meetings
* Follow up consistently to convert prospects into long-term clients
* Attend networking events, job fairs, and industry functions to generate leads
* Track activity and performance against sales goals and KPIs

WHAT YOU BRING
* Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Highly organized with strong time management abilities
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
* Comfortable with outreach, prospecting, and relationship-building

Qualifications
* Experience in sales, customer service, or business development
* Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred (or equivalent experience)
* Strong computer skills (CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred)
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
