Delta-T Group is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our partnerships with schools, healthcare organizations, and social service providers nationwide.

What You’ll Do


Develop new business relationships with schools, healthcare organizations, and community-based agencies

Prospect through phone outreach, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and industry events

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
Identify key decision-makers and schedule meetings with prospective clients

Present Delta-T Group’s staffing and workforce solutions in a consultative manner

Maintain ongoing follow-up and relationship management with prospects and clients

Attend conferences, networking events, and community functions to generate new business opportunities

Track activity, pipeline growth, and sales performance metrics

Qualifications


Experience in sales, staffing, business development, account management, or customer service preferred
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office preferred

Proven ability to meet goals, build relationships, and drive results
