Staffing Manager

We are seeking a Staffing Manager that will accomplish organizational goals via leadership that motivates teams through effective work processes. The Manager will maximize financial and operational goals by generating business with clients, recruiting, and providing high-quality customer service.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Meet all financial and operational goals for the recruitment team.
* Direct and implement changes of recruitment team to ensure expedient filling of client needs.
* Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
* Maximize market penetration. Obtain business from active and prospective clients to increase billable hours.
* Evaluate staff performance by monitoring key indicators
* Maintain quality customer service and integrity of the company
* Provide leadership to maximize department efficiency. Establish and implement practices to manage performance, strategic goals and company policy.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum of five (5) years experience leading in a related position
* Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organization skills
* Demonstrated strength in recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking
* Ability to adapt to change and implement new processes
* Fully proficient in software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ATS systems
* Outstanding verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
