Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining and growing client relationships through supporting Account Management
* Coordinate candidate placements and ensure smooth onboarding processes
* Follow up on leads and assist in converting new business opportunities
* Partner with recruiters to fill open positions efficiently
* Manage daily communication with clients and consultants
* Attend job fairs, networking events, and conferences
* Maintain accurate records and improve workflow processes
* Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree Preferred
* 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, customer service, or business development
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
